Our Flat Rate delivery charge to the UK for each order is £4.95.
This is automatically calculated at the checkout and added to your order total. This delivery charge will be for your completed order regardless of how many items are ordered and purchased at any one time.
We aim to deliver to within the UK direct to your door the next day by first class Royal Mail or you can specify which day you require.There may be days however when delays occur beyond our control. Should this arise we will notify you as soon as possible.
We dispatch very rapidly once payment clears. We post daily except Sunday, and Bank Holidays, using Royal Mail with their proof of posting service. We always obtain proof of postage. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged goods once we have posted. Claims for loss MUST be made by the buyer. We will provide the proof of posting.
Can you deliver to an alternative address?
We can deliver to any address in the UK and Ireland. If you wish your order to be delivered to an address other than the billing address, simply amend the delivery details once you have logged in or placed your order. The order confirmation e-mail will confirm that the delivery details have been changed.

Our Returns Policy:
In order that our goods reach you in first class condition all items are fully inspected prior to packaging and delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied by your purchase e.g. the item does not fit etc. you may return the goods for any valid reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays)
Any item which is returned to us must not show any signs of being worn, must not be contaminated by perfume or make-up, be in their original condition and any security tags, labels or swing tickets be intact and remain attached. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and at your cost.
Your goods will contain a ‘Returns Form’. Please complete this form stating the reason for your return and include this form with your return goods. After the goods have been examined by us please allow up to 14 days for the credited refund.
If the goods are returned outside of this period or without the completed ‘Return Form’ or in any way be in breach of our returns policy, we may refuse to offer a refund and may return the goods to you.
If after purchase you find the goods fail in some way either due to defective materials or workmanship and is therefore unsatisfactory, please return the item to us and together in writing state the nature of your complaint. We will then investigate the matter and inform you in writing of our findings. If it is found that the item is defective then we will offer to repair the item, or a suitable replacement, or a refund in part or in full of the original purchase price including postage and packaging.
